Meet the Coach

Helping women build sustainable habits, one step at a time

Hi, I’m Andrea! At New Morning Nutrition, I provide a holistic approach to nutrition coaching that integrates faith, wellness, and practical guidance. My mission is to empower women to steward their bodies and lives with grace through simple, sustainable habits.

My journey began after having my daughter in 2012. For years, my weight went up and down, and I struggled to stay consistent with balanced eating and self-care. Approaching my 40s, I wanted a lifestyle that honored the body I’ve been blessed with—without cutting out food groups, eating bland meals, or overdoing exercise. I wanted a life firmly planted on the Lord’s foundation, taking steady steps toward healthier habits.

Over nine months, I reached a sustainable, healthier body weight by tracking my food, aiming for small, manageable changes, and focusing on slow, steady progress. This approach not only helped me maintain my results but reinforced that lasting health is built one step at a time.

During this journey, I felt called to become a nutrition coach. After completing the Certified Nutrition Coach course at NASM, I now walk alongside my clients with the same principles that guided me—personalized support, faith-inspired encouragement, and practical strategies to help you reach your health goals while honoring the life you’ve been given.

At New Morning Nutrition, I will begin by conducting a thorough assessment of your dietary habits, lifestyle, and health goals. Every client is unique, so I take the time to understand your individual circumstances. From there, we develop personalized goals, customized meal ideas, practical recipes, and ongoing encouragement to help you stay motivated and confident on your journey.

My approach is slow, steady, and sustainable. Small, consistent steps build into lasting change. Tracking food intake helps you understand your overall habits and create the balance needed for long-term results. I’ll work with you to build accountability and habits that equip you to continue living healthfully for life.

I don’t believe in cutting out food groups or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Instead, I focus on portion control, balanced meals, and tracking awareness so you can see progress, feel satisfied, and enjoy a sustainable, joyful lifestyle.
