Lunch Idea: Quick and Easy Tuna Salad

Leftovers are my jam for lunch; however, there are just some days when there is nothing left! So remembering I had a can of tuna in the pantry from several months ago, I decided to go in search of a recipe to use it up. I found this recipe on my search, and while I didn't have all of the ingredients, I modified it slightly and used what I had on hand. I actually don't think I have ever had tuna salad before, and now I'm in love! It came together in 3 minutes and the Dijon mustard really made it stand out.

Ingredients (Serves 1)
1 can tuna in water (drained)
1/8 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 tsp salt, pepper, and garlic blend (I like Kinder's brand)
Instructions
Drain canned tuna and place in a small bowl.
Dice celery finely and place in the same bowl.
Top tuna and celery with mayonnaise, mustard, and seasoning. Mix together until everything is combined and coated.
Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
I ate this over some salad greens, but this would also be great on a sandwich or as lettuce wraps!
