The 3 Day Gentle Reset isn’t a diet or a strict plan, it’s a three day rhythm designed to nourish your body in a whole, real food based way and focus on the Lord as your foundation in health. There are no requirements to do everything included here.

based on your food preferences, a grocery shopping list, gentle movement suggestions, and

daily reflection prompts.


This Reset was created to help you remember God is with you in every aspect of your life. He

is in the details of things that may feel mundane like what we choose to eat each day. It

honors the Lord when we choose to nourish our bodies with foods that energize us and

provide us the nutrients we need. This gives us the fuel to do what He has called us to do

each day.
