Meet Andrea | Simple, Grace-Filled Nutrition Coaching for Women

Hi friends, I’m Andrea! 🦋


For years I have searched for a way to care for my body and health in a way that felt life-giving, not overwhelming and exhausting. I didn’t want another passing fad, strict diet, or complicated plan — I wanted simple habits that would actually last. Further, I wanted to honor the body God gave me and care for it with grace.


That’s why I started my nutrition coaching practice: to help women steward their bodies and lives with grace through simple, sustainable nutrition. 


My mission is to come alongside women who want to feel their best but are feeling stuck, exhausted by “all-or-nothing” thinking, or confused by all the conflicting nutrition advice out there. Together, we will build small, doable steps and habits that nourish your body, fit your schedule, and that are easy to become second nature in your daily life.
