Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) bag frozen broccoli florets

  • ½ teaspoon avocado oil

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep – Set your air fryer to 375°F.

  2. Season – Add the frozen broccoli directly to the air fryer basket. Drizzle with avocado oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and shake or toss until the florets are lightly coated.

  3. Cook – Air fry for about 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.

  4. Serve – Enjoy immediately while hot and crisp.


Tips

  • No need to thaw—the broccoli cooks straight from frozen.

  • Add a squeeze of lemon or a pinch of garlic powder for extra flavor.

  • Double the recipe if you have a larger air fryer, but avoid overcrowding so it stays crisp.
